One of the biggest myths in the fitness industry is that getting lean means giving up everything you enjoy. It doesn’t. Here’s how I help clients drop body fat while still living their lives.

Flexible Dieting Works

No food is inherently fattening. What matters is your total energy intake over time. Learning to fit the foods you enjoy into your calorie target is a superpower that makes fat loss sustainable long-term.

Plan Around Social Events

Going out for dinner on Saturday? No problem. Adjust the rest of the week slightly. Save calories on Friday, eat lean on Sunday. One meal will never derail your progress — but guilt and restriction will.

Alcohol Strategy

You don’t have to stop drinking. Choose lower-calorie options, account for it in your weekly budget, and avoid the late-night kebab. It’s the 3am food run that kills most people’s results, not the drink itself.

Be Consistent, Not Perfect

I’d rather a client hit 90% of their plan for 12 weeks than 100% for two weeks and then quit. Consistency always beats perfection in the long run.
