Absolutely! I work with complete beginners all the time and I actually love it. We start right where you are, move at your pace and build from there. There's zero pressure or judgement โ€” just a supportive environment to help you progress.
How quickly will I see results? +
It depends on your goal, starting point and how consistent you are โ€” but most clients notice real changes within the first 4-8 weeks. I'll set realistic expectations from the start and track your progress throughout so you always know how far you've come.
What does online coaching involve? +
You'll get a fully personalised training programme, nutrition guidance, weekly check-in calls or videos, daily WhatsApp support and regular plan adjustments. It's everything you'd get in person, just remote โ€” and it works brilliantly for busy people.
Do I need to follow a strict diet? +
No. I don't believe in banning foods or extreme diets. Instead, I'll build you a sustainable nutrition plan around your preferences and lifestyle. You'll learn how to eat well without it feeling like a punishment.
How many sessions per week do I need? +
It varies by goal and schedule, but most clients train 3-4 times a week. I'll recommend what I think works best for your goal during our initial consultation, and we'll fit it around your life.
Where are your in-person sessions held? +

Can I train with you if I have an injury? +
In many cases, yes. I have experience training clients with injuries and working around physical limitations. I'll always recommend you get medical clearance first, and then we'll design a programme that keeps you moving safely.
